Rhino Warranty
LIMITED (ONE-YEAR) WARRANTY
All Rhino Industries, Inc., products are warranted, to the extent of the purchase price, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship ("the Warranty") for a period of (1) one year from the original date of purchase. Products found to be defective under this Warranty will be replaced free of charge. This Warranty applies only to the original Purchaser/Consumer.
This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, and the WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. Because Rhino Industries Inc., products may be subject to an infinite variety of conditions of use, service and installation, Rhino Industries Inc., does not guarantee their performance beyond the foregoing limited warranty.
Limitations on the WarrantyThe following limitations apply to the Warranty:
The Warranty applies only to Products which are defective in material or workmanship. This Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The Warranty does not cover service or labor charges which are incurred in removing or replacing any Products, the loss or damage to personal property, or any other incidental or consequential damages incurred as a result of the use or ownership of the Product.
The Warranty does not cover the finish placed on Products by Rhino Industries Inc. Accordingly, Rhino Industries Inc., will not replace, repair or refinish any Products if the finish on the Product is worn in any manner.
The Warranty does not extend to Products which are damaged or which fail as a result of the Product being abused, neglected, or misused in any manner, or as a result of any accident, or which are misapplied, overloaded, improperly installed, or altered in any manner by anyone other than Rhino Industries Inc.
Replacement of the Product in the manner provided above shall constitute fulfillment of all liabilities of Rhino Industries, Inc. to the Purchaser/Consumer whether based on contract or otherwise.
Obligations of Purchaser/ConsumerTo obtain the benefits of the Warranty, the Purchaser/Consumer must follow the procedures outlined in our Return Policy.
